Hope you don’t bump your shifter into neutral and accidentally take off your parking brake in your sleep! :P

Smart. After dozing off and drifting into a median a while back( no wreck thankfully ), I now have NO compunction about pulling over and napping. I’ll down a caffeine shot & set phone timer for 25 min. Works like a charm!

Kinja'd!!!

It takes about 20 min to kick in, so I awake refreshed and ready to haul my carcass back to the shop.

No mate it’s a great and safe thing to do.

Far better than risking your life and other road users lives by driving tired.

Your in a truck stop so you should be much safer than parking on a public highway or corner of a supermarket car park.

Just be safe, ideally you should have a carbon monoxide alarm if your going to sleep in the car for any length of time.

Take care.
